RecordFlow reads every page with OCR and AI, identifies the date of service on each page, strips out duplicate pages and non-medical pages (cover sheets, blank pages, billing-only pages), and reassembles what's left in chronological order by date of service, across every provider in the file.

You get back a single clean PDF ordered by date of service, ready for review, a demand letter, or the file. Review the output before relying on it, because automated processing can contain errors. Uploaded records and the organized output are automatically deleted 30 days after upload, so download and save what you need.
